Why are some profile photos blurred on MuzMatch?

Members are in complete control of their photos. They can choose to have their photos Blurred for all members. They can then choose to reveal their photos to a specific Match at any time. Once a member is unmatched or blocked, your photos will revert back to being Blurred automatically. Blurred photos are not recommended.

Why does my profile say "Awaiting Approval"?

All profiles must be manually approved by MuzMatch's team. Your profile will say AWAITING APPROVAL whilst this is being done. During this time, your photos will be blurred and not visible to others. It normally takes up to 24 hours for your profile to be approved.

Why does the app tell me to widen my filters?

The more specific your Search Preferences are, the fewer users you will see. If you see this message, you've likely seen all the users within your filters.

I never received my email verification code?

Please wait 10 minutes for the email to be delivered. Please also confirm it hasn't incorrectly been filtered to your Spam or Junk folder. If after this period you still haven't received it, please try again within the app.

If I favorite someone, do they know?

Favouriting a profile is like a private bookmark to make it easier to find them again later. The other user is never notified that you have saved them as a favourite.
